1. The service user acknowledges and agrees that Thanachart Calendar will be used within time limit and may be changed, modified, updated or cancelled at any time without any prior notice to the service user.

2. The service user acknowledges and agrees that Thanachart Calendar and the information appeared therein are provided as-is and the service user understands and agrees that there is no warranty that Thanachart Calendar will: (1) not cause any damage (including loss of data) to any equipment, software, application or data of the service user; (2) be merchantability or fit for the purpose of the service user (3) be available without any interruption or problem; (4) be available seamlessly; (5) be no harm or error; (6) prevent any unauthorized access into the equipment of the service user; (7) contain accurate or complete data; (8) be without infringement on any intellectual property right of any third person.

3. The service user agrees that Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited and the companies in Thanachart group (collectively “Thanachart”) disclaims any damage caused by use of Thanachart Calendar including without limitation, any damage caused by computer virus, which would affect the use of electronic device of the service user or any other data or property due to downloading and/or use of Thanachart Calendar.

4. If the service user uses any picture, symbol, or sign of any other person without authorization or take any act which is illegal or against public order or good moral on Thanchart Calendar, the service user shall be liable for all claims or damages incurred thereby and Thanachart shall have no involvement in such act and If Thanachart suffers from any damage, the service user shall indemnify Thanachart for such damages arising therefrom in full.

5. The service user agrees that this Thanachart Calendar Term of Use may be amended, changed, updated from time to time or cancelled without prior notice to the service user.
