StepGate: Walk to Unlock Apps

Walk more. Unlock more access to the apps you choose.

StepGate is an app blocker that connects access to selected apps with your daily steps.

Choose the apps that take too much of your attention, set a daily step goal and restriction level, and start the day with limited access. As you walk, StepGate gradually unlocks more time in those apps.

Reach your full step goal to unlock the selected apps for the rest of the day.

With StepGate you can:

• block distracting apps

• reduce screen time

• set app limits linked to your steps

• unlock more app access by walking

• track your daily steps and progress

• see usage time for selected apps

• use emergency access when you really need an app

You decide which apps StepGate controls. Apps you do not select continue to work normally.

Unlike a regular app timer or screen time blocker, StepGate connects your app limits to real movement. More walking means more access to the apps you chose to restrict.
