About the app: Sometimes we can’t make a few decisions, so let the random do it for us! RandomIZE is a completely free, no-ads and clean-looking randomization tool. You can use it to generate random numbers, sort groups, use a random number table, shuffle lists, pick a random name from a list, flip a coin, roll a dice and there is more to come! Randomization can be used in almost every field of our lives, it is up to our creativity determine them.
RandomIZE encourages you to innovate in Education! Bring our randomization inside the class and use your creativity. Dynamic lessons will be easily created.
RandomIZE scientific usage: This app was used in a PhD dentistry research at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais. Sorting patients into balanced groups was demanded, so RandomIZE accomplished that task for them!
Available Tools:
• RANDOM NUMBERS: Two tools are available for that. “Random number” which generates only 1 and “Multiple random numbers” that lets you choose how many numbers you want. In this last option it will never generate repetitions, unless the amount you want is bigger than the range (maximum and minimum) you specified.
• SORT GROUPS: This option asks you the number of people you want to distribute and into how many groups. It will always generate the groups in the most balanced possible way. If you need to use it with huge groups, that is not a problem for our tool!
• RANDOM TABLE: A common statistics tool now comes to the palm of your hands. This is a manual method of randomization, which is sometimes needed. If you don’t know it, check the help section to learn about this new concept!
• LIST: This section lets you add names to a list. As soon as you finished typing, you can shuffle your list or pick a random item from it!
• DICE: With one tap on the screen, roll a virtual dice!
• HEADS OR TAILS: Mobile way to a flip a coin!
Keep in mind, the limit where you can apply this tool is accurately your creativity!
