The “FWWB-Udhyami“ application will enable the Friends of Women’s World Banking, India project team to track the women members capacity building inputs from initiation of the interventions till they graduate as micro entrepreneurs. In addition the application will help to gauge the expected outcomes of the project and will provide an overview as well as enable the project team to monitor the Master Trainers at the regional level. The application will act as a tool to capture the outcomes of the project in terms of increase in savings, turnover and sales etc.

The designed application will allow the designated Master trainers (MTs) across three states i.e Manipur, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra to capture the profile details of women including their individual and business enterprise related details and record capacity building and skill development trainings imparted to the women beneficiaries of the project. The application will provide an overview on the outcomes of the trainings imparted to the women beneficiaries and enable the project team to understand the larger capacity building requirement emerged during implementation of the project.

This application has been designed to track the progress and impact on the women trained under the project. It will also allow Master Trainers to record capacity building and skill development trainings imparted to the women beneficiaries of the project. The Master trainers and project team will capture the profile details of women who wish to become entrepreneurs and onboard them into the application. Also allowing them to maintain the records of attendance of each of the beneficiaries who have attended the training programs, collect their feedback and learnings from each of the trainings and record the efforts of handholding provided for their empowerment. The application will be able to assign roles and tasks for the Master Trainer. (Data collection feature will be provided through Mobile application)

At the field level, the system will enable the data collection of Master Trainers (records of the women beneficiaries, Master Trainers weekly/monthly plans, task/assignments status, email notifications their progress). The application will have access roles to State Centre to monitor the Master Trainers on their tasks and assignments. The application will provide an overview on the outcomes of the trainings imparted to the women beneficiaries and enable the Head Office staff to understand the larger capacity building requirements emerged during implementation of the project. Over all the application will enable the staff members to seamlessly track the beneficiaries right from the enrolment to the project till they get the skills and become successful entrepreneurs. All the said field staff members can view their assigned tasks, assignments, cases need to be followed-up will be in web as well as in mobile on a real time basis.
