PingMe

This app allows you to send a notification to yourself from anything that can hit a web address. Setup is easy, all you need to do is launch the app and get your device ID. Then use that to craft a request from any system connected to the web to ping your phone with a message.

Permissions needed:

Identity: I need to be able to get the phones identity in order to receive Google Cloud Messages.

Vibration: To vibrate the phone on a new notification.

Wakelock: To wake up the phone on new notification.
