Appendix PinDownloader LITE allows you to save a few restrictions on the device pins site pinterest.com as a full-size image.
Limitations LITE version:

* Hide some features;

Added ability to save gif files.
When checking for updates gif files are not saved. This feature is only available in the PRO version.
