“Taiyaki,” a fish-shaped pancake of sorts made of flour and filled with “azuki” sweet bean paste, has been around for a century.

Since then, innovators have offered variations in filling ranging from custard cream to sesame seed cream to cheese and sausage — anything to put between the batter and keep customers engaged.

Oyoge! Taiyaki is a specialty shop selling white taiyaki, and we pride ourselves for being the first to introduce it here in Singapore! White taiyaki differs from the conventional taiyaki not only due to its color, as well as it's distinctive chewy texture and consistency which actually is mochi.

With different variations of fillings such as azuki red bean, black sesame, green tea and belgium chocolate for you to choose from, our taiyaki is something that everyone can enjoy! You can look forward to more exciting flavors to come as we launch seasonal variations every 2-3 months. Thus far, we have introduced double chocolate brownie for Christmas, roasted sweet potato for New Year, pineapple for Chinese New Year as well as strawberry fromage for Valentine’s Day.
