Human resource management:
Office BOT Human Resource management provides a features to employees to manage their personal data and career related data effectively and efficiently.
It comprises employees name, address, contact details, emergency contact details, employee’s previous work details, compensation details, achievements, certifications, current project details and team details.
Office BOT team management provides a feature to access team details, send messages to entire team or specific person, access the team calendar to know the leave details, access team member’s emergency information and send an email to team members from the office BOT.
Leave application Management:
Office BOT leave application management system provides a feature to manage the employee leave information, leave balances, apply/cancel/modify the leave, getting approval/cancel from the lead. Notifications will be send to employee to know the status of the leave.
Office BOT Organizational chart will list out all the employees on the hierarchy basis.
Office BOT search module provides a feature to find the employees based on First name, last name and employee id.
Office BOT allows user to log their time sheet. Its also helps user to view their projects, tasks, sprints, sprint wise and date wise time sheet entries.
