Using big food list, you can calculate how many proteins, fats, carbohydrates and calories you get form this food. Moreover, you can compare your calculation to your daily norm. You can change your daily norm and diet. You are able to add your personal items of food in main list to make calculations. In addition, you can use special calendar to add daily calculations and compare results. Application calculates your daily norm of water automatically. You can add your information about volume of water what you drink every day.
