App for Nayee Zindagi Program for registration of people burnt with acid attacks

The purpose of this App is to allow front line users (Social Welfare Department Staff, Health department, specialty hospitals treating acid burn victims for reconstructive surgery, medical boards in Tehsil Headquarters) to collect information of the acid attack victims on behalf of Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) so that PSPA may provide them enough support related to funds for their treatment.
