Micro Break assists in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). it frequently alerts you to take microbreaks, rest breaks and restricts you to your daily device usage.
Micro Break frequently reminds you take a short microbreak. Typically, every 15 minutes you get a microbreak that lasts about 10 seconds. During a microbreak you can look away from the screen, and relax a bit.
Several times a day, Micro Break reminds you to take a break away from your device. A rest break typically lasts about 5 minutes every 50 minutes. During a rest break you can let go of device, walk around, stretch, and relax.
When you have reached daily device usage limit, you are prompted to stop using the device for the day.
