I threw half dozen tortillas on the griddle an instant with a little bit of oil to crisp 'em up a little then bedded 3 on rock bottom of a well-greased forged iron cooking pan. Then I Saut?ed a tiny low onion, 1/4c sliced sweet pepper and a pair of 155 garlic. further the will of beans and 1/4c about water, few dashes salt and sauce for flavor. I unfold this combine on the tortillas, further sliced avocado, then a layer of condiment, a layer of sliced lettuce, and sliced cheddar cheese. place 3 additional ports on and further the remainder of the bean combine, more salsa, and additional cheese. force her outta the kitchen appliance once quarter-hour. note: the longer she cools the simpler she is to cut- be patient! served with a small indefinite amount of soured cream and a few fireplace sauce from taco bell. mm!
I expected bland, however, needed one thing fast with ingredients I had, and this clad quite nice. I further cumin and coriander to the beans and onions and sprinkle flavored over the full factor before swing it within the kitchen appliance. I actually advocate adding, at least, the flavored, it very helped.
Very good, straightforward to create a meal that was enjoyed by the family. I further minced garlic and one tsp. cumin to the beans. I feel I'd even add additional cumin next time. a good meatless meal!!
This was ok - smart, however, that is all. The directions are not entirely clear, however, anyone aware of preparation can get the construct simply enough. This was smart however sounded like simply AN excuse to eat the dish. I'd add regarding 2 sliced or diced tomatoes to the concoction next time. It wasn't awful, except for 651 calories, I needed it to be real, very yummy! maybe if, whereas you're creating this, you think that one will of beans is really overkilling, cut back. that's in all probability the matter - the beans engulfed the dish. however do build this because it may be a nice construct to make your own dish with different ingredients or variations.
