Leaf Spy Lite helps Nissan Leaf owners check battery condition before a trip or a used car inspection. To display data, you need an ELM 327 Bluetooth OBDII adapter plugged into the Leaf’s standard port. Many low cost adapters that report version 2.1 no longer work with the Leaf, so verify compatibility in advance. The Bluetooth Konnwei KW902 is currently recommended. Before installing the Leaf Spy Lite APK, make sure an adapter is available and paired, then launch the app to start reading values.

Temperature and capacity readings
Leaf Spy Lite reports battery temperature values using multiple sensors, four sensors on 2011 and 2012 models and three on 2013 models. It also shows the battery AHr rating, which decreases with age and indicates remaining capacity.

Lite edition scope and limitations
This edition does not include data logging or the Service menu found in other versions. Depending on the phone, you can use screenshots to retain information before upgrading. It is also intended to help verify that your adapter and phone communicate with the Leaf before considering a move to a fuller setup.
Leaf Spy Lite focuses on clear battery, cell, and charging data when paired with a compatible Bluetooth OBDII adapter. Use it to review a car’s condition and confirm your setup works before exploring advanced tools. Install the Leaf Spy Lite latest version to access these readings on your device.
