Whether it's unlocking batteries, resolving on-field issues, provisioning keyfobs, or accessing vital vehicle details, the Service app equips the team with the necessary tools to ensure a smooth and efficient rider experience. The app provides real-time data such as battery State of Charge (SoC) and wallet balance, enabling ground support to offer immediate assistance.

How Service App Works:

Open the app to access real-time information on the rider’s vehicle, including battery charge level and wallet balance.

Identify and resolve on-field issues, such as unlocking batteries for riders and issuing batteries to vehicles.

Assist riders by unlocking batteries, allowing them to swap and continue their journey seamlessly.

Validate and provision keyfobs to ensure secure access to swapping stations.
