Image Optimizer

Image Optimizer frees up space on your phone by making your JPEG and PNG images smaller.

Choose how to optimize:

• Lossless: images are stored more efficiently, with exactly the same quality.

• Compress (JPEG): saves much more space, with a slight, usually unnoticeable quality loss.

Your photos stay safe:

• EXIF data is kept: date taken, location and orientation are not lost.

• An image is never replaced by a bigger one: if it can't be made smaller, the original is left untouched.

Good to know: some phones already save photos with high compression. On those devices the savings can be small or even zero, and that's expected.
