html emoji converter

Small utility to convert emojis into html encoded characters, aka NCRs (Numeric Character References), and vice versa.

Written and compiled on an Android phone thanks to RFO BASIC!, the GW library, and the BASIC! Compiler:

Note that your Android keyboard must support unicode emojis, and not convert them to ascii e.g. upper bar should display "😉" and not ";-)".

If your android keyboard converts unicode emojis to ascii letters, consider installing another keyboard (there are plenty on Google Play).
