The main purpose of this project is to manage and track the applications for permission of construction activities. In this process of management & tracking all other unauthorized & deviated construction activities can be identified throughout the state. At present they have manually issue the planning permission against planning applications for authorized construction. With the help of proposed solution, the HPUD department will manage and track all the construction activity including citizen registration through online or TCP registered professionals and agents.
The citizen or TCP registered architect/promoter/agent will apply the planning permission application through online. The competent authority will take action of the applications applied by citizen / architect / promoters/agent after the inspection report submitted by RO. The authorized citizen / architect / promoters / agent will get application status through the user dashboard and deposit their application fee through online / offline to get planning permission.
