This tablet version allows you to access your organization’s Service Catalog to order IT-related goods and services directly from your tablet device. Note that this release of HPE Service Request Catalog relies on a pre-existing connection to an instance of HPE Service Manager to supply catalog data, and that your System Administrator should provide the necessary connection information for you to use HPE Service Request Catalog.
- Global Search: Search Service Catalog items, Support Catalog items, and Knowledge Articles from Service Manager 9.31.
- Service Subscriptions: View and manage subscribed services through the Subscription page and Dashboard widget.
- Approvals: Support Approvals and Approval delegation. Upon logging into SRC, users will see a new Approvals widget that displays the number of approvals in their queue.
- Service / Support catalog Request: You can create customized requests for support, or select support or service items from the pre-defined Support or Service Catalogs.
