Our Health Score is developed through a sophisticated health assessment process, powered by an advanced algorithm designed by our team of clinical experts, including Medical Doctors, Fellows, Residents, and Engineering PhDs. This algorithm leverages a combination of clinical science, data analytics, and population health data from extensive research.

It is important to note that the Health Score is not a medical diagnosis. Rather, it serves as an educational tool, offering users insight into their general health status based on widely accepted health parameters. By providing a holistic view of your wellness, it aims to guide informed decisions on improving health and well-being.

To generate this score, users are asked to complete a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions about their daily habits and medical attributes such as weight, height, and nutrition. Based on these responses, the algorithm provides a personalized Health Score

HealthIQ empowers users to seamlessly track their daily activities and maintain a healthy lifestyle by logging essential routines. Users can input the following data to monitor their well-being:

1 Steps – Record the number of steps taken each day to stay on top of your fitness goals.

2 Sleep – Input the number of hours slept at night to track your rest and recovery.

3 Mood Tracker – Log your overall mood throughout the day (e.g., Happy, Sad, Angry, etc.) to gain insights into your emotional well-being.

4 Diet – Keep track of your meals by noting whether you’ve eaten fruits, vegetables, or both, supporting better dietary habits.

The Health Resource Section within the app offers reliable information. Each topic is carefully curated from trusted sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance. For further reading and verification, references are provided at the end of each page, making it easy for users to explore more in-depth knowledge and stay well-informed about their health
