Is a confidential messenger supposed to know phone numbers?

Gologram does not have access to the phone book and does not know the phone numbers. Gologram is a truly confidential messenger.

How do I check the encryption myself and make sure that communication in Gologram is anonymous and secure?

If you create an Encrypted note with the name TestNote, the encryption key 111111111111111 (1 x 15) and the text: Hello! Then share it, then a text file will be sent: TestNote_NoteGologram.txt . You can open it in notepad and see the following:

Which means:

"c2array":true,"size":3,1,1 are the array parameters.

"data": - data:

"TestNote", - the name of the Encrypted note is not encrypted.

next, each character is encrypted:

Nothing else is transmitted, no encryption key, no metadata, no ID, or anything else.

Your messages and notes are encrypted one-way. This means that no one, absolutely no one, can decrypt them without your encryption key, which you came up with yourself.

The correct decryption is obtained only with the same encryption key that the text was encrypted with: 111111111111111. Any other key will decrypt the text into incomprehensible characters. For example, the key 111111111111112 will decrypt the text as 000򋺶򋺶0 instead of Hello!
