The Contacts app of Fielmann allows you to easily reorder contact lenses, to be reminded of the change of your contact lenses and find the next Fielmann branch quickly. With your username and password, you can use any number of devices to access (also computer or tablet) to the Contacts service.

After a contact lens fitting in a Fielmann branch you get sent on request your personal password via email. With this password, you can register with the Contacts app and after a few seconds to reorder your contact lenses and your care products. With the Contacts app, you have all the important information about your lenses at your fingertips. These include: your refraction, your contact lenses, your care products.

The reminder function:

On request, the contact lens app reminds you to change your monthly or 2-week lenses. To avoid that you have no more contact lenses on hand, you can easily recall the reordering also.

The Office Locator:

With the office search, see immediately the next Fielmann branch. In addition, useful information such as opening times and address. With the app you can also call any branch directly or can show the way.
