The world is now starting to focus on Islam to resolve various problems and entanglements of human life in the world. The systems and knowledge that are constantly being taken and reworked by the Western and Eastern blocks do not solve many problems, but instead add to and give rise to other problems. Even though half of it can be resolved, other problems also arise that need to be resolved. This is Islam's opportunity to present a solution.

Even though the Islamic economic system has existed for a long time, it is only now going through its era of revival. Therefore, the Islamic economic system is forced to search for and form its own identity, and at the same time it is still sluggish and has not really recovered. Economics (Islam) as a branch of the living system has the same position as other fields in Islam, namely that it is still in the process of development after being neglected for a long time.

It is indeed the desire of every Muslim to see the Islamic economy formed on its own basis, free from any influence and any form or framework of the general (Western) economy. However, it is not a mistake to stand on an existing site by adapting it in line with the will of Islam, both in terms of philosophy, principles and operations.

Efforts to form a separate Islamic economic model are a commendable step. However, considering that Islamic economics has been abandoned for a long time, that is, at the same age as the Islamic government system, all developments and increasingly complex economic development cannot be implemented by Islamic economics.

This was the mistake of the people, especially Islamic economics scholars themselves, who confirmed that the treasures of Islamic knowledge (economics) would be hidden when the end of Islamic rule. As Islamic economics continues to develop, it is certain that Muslims will already have their own economic system. However, the development of Islamic economics will be meaningless if a secular Islamic government does not want to enforce it.

Realizing the fact that Islamic economics is an old science that is being redeveloped, for the author it is easier to see the general economic system and to form Islamic economics without being guided by the current economic conditions.

Therefore, the writing of this book is guided by the headings and working framework contained in ordinary economic books, but tweaked, reduced, changed and modified according to the wishes of Islam. However, it is not the focus of this book to examine economic comparisons between conventional economics and Islamic economics.

Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
