Daikin's building management support application DK-CONNECT BM

■Summary

This application is a mobile application of the cloud-based building management system "DK-CONNECT BM" that supports DX of building management operations.

By using this application, inspection work and construction/repair work records that were previously recorded using paper forms can be completed with a single app.

There is no need to carry around large amounts of paper forms or post them to Excel or other documents after returning to the office.

・Inquiry about regular work plans scheduled in monthly plans

・Mobile inspection using inspection list

・Record of photos, videos, and comments regarding defects and special points found during inspections

・Reporting the work carried out and checking the approval status

In order to use this application, a "DK-CONNECT BM" usage agreement with Daikin Industries, Ltd. is required.
