The Workflows app for Desk Intelligence keeps getting better. Use the app for free to create and view journal entries, process incoming guests, preventive maintenance and work orders, and manage all of your incoming packages in Desk Intelligence 7.
Processing a package is easy as pointing the camera at the package label. Tap the scan button and watch the app retrieve all the relevant information about that package in as little as 1-second.
If your property has a label printer, make sure to set your label printer location in the "settings" panel.
The app may ask to access a user's location. This is required for buildings that also wrap the phone in the optional barcode scanner due to Federal regulations.

This update warns the user if they are changing the status for packages across multiple units. Delivery notes have been moved to be more prominent for the user. We have also included a new app icon to help differentiate from our other apps.
