The Darkhan-Engineering system is a clean and comprehensive information system connected to the engineering infrastructure of Ulaanbaatar City. It includes information about various utilities such as clean water supply, wastewater, electricity substations, electricity distribution networks, and district heating systems.

The mobile application associated with the system serves the following main users:

Citizens (No registration or login required):

Citizens can submit inquiries and complaints related to municipal institutions.

They can record and submit about elevator, water, and electricity interruptions.

Engineering Technicians (Requires registration in the Darkhan-Engineer system):

Registered engineering technicians working for specific organizations can access the application.

They can record and update information about incidents and repairs related to the engineering infrastructure.

This includes incidents affecting citizens and incidents that have been resolved, providing a complete history of maintenance and repairs.
