"DandALL Delivery/Lifting Management" (DandALL) is a schedule management application that manages the delivery and lifting of materials and equipment at construction sites. Employees and foremen (partner companies) enter the loading and lifting schedules individually, and the employees make adjustments, finalize the schedule through process meetings, and carry out the work at that time.

Since it is a schedule management, it can also be used for managing staff's activity schedules, conference room reservations, etc.

*To use this service, you will need a contract for DandALL (web application), a material and equipment transport and lifting management system.

■Main features of the app

(1) Actual input, completed flag function

In addition to inputting plans, you can also input actual results and completed flags.

Items that can be entered only for plans, and items that can only be entered for the day's results. can be operated.

The status changes from planned → confirmed → completed, and the items that can be entered in the confirmed state are actual input items.

(2) Authority based on role

Schedules entered by the foreman can be changed by the foreman and the foreman. Only employees can confirm the schedule. Once confirmed, no one can make changes. It is a system that operates with privileges tailored to roles.

(3) Simultaneous input and repeated input function for two facility schedules

If you plan to bring in a certain material from Gate 1 and lift it with Crane B, you will need to enter the schedule for Gate 1 and Crane B separately, but you can do it with one input. In addition, for reservations that are entered at the same time, if you change the schedule for one entry, the data for the other can be changed in conjunction with the other entry.

You can also perform "repeated entry" to enter reservations for the same time every day at once.

(4) Face-to-face system participation by foremen

During the initial training of foremen, foremen can be registered face-to-face with staff using only their smartphones. You can easily join the system.
