DABdream+

DABdream+ plays DAB and DAB+ radio through a USB DAB adapter – completely offline, no mobile data needed. No adapter? Use the built-in Web Radio and stream stations over the internet.

Made for car head units, and works just as well on tablets and smartphones (USB OTG adapter for DAB, Wi-Fi or mobile data for Web Radio).

ℹ️ For DAB/DAB+ you need a compatible USB adapter. Not every manufacturer shares the information needed, so not every model can be supported. Please check the link below before buying. Using the Erisin Dual Tuner? Get in touch with me.

DABdream+…

• plays DAB/DAB+ offline via a USB adapter, or Web Radio over the internet

• switches to traffic announcements automatically, also from other stations on the same multiplex, and back (tap "TA" to skip)

• supports Android Auto for Web Radio

• finds Web Radio stations in a free online directory, or imports your own M3U playlists

• stores stations on up to 10 preset pages – swipe to switch pages

• Service Following: switches to an alternative frequency when the signal drops (if the station supports it)

• shows slideshow images and lets you use them as station logos; optional dimming at night

• downloads station logos, imports your own, and exports/imports logo packs

• day and night theme with automatic switching (e.g. by headlight status)

• auto-hides presets in landscape mode

• several visualization scenes

• Steering Wheel Control (SWC)

• a station popup while the player runs in the background

• reduces stuttering under poor reception (experimental)

DABdream+ runs as a foreground service so playback continues in the background.
