CouchPing TV is the companion app for CouchPing (phone). Once paired, anyone approved on your phone can send a message that appears instantly as a fullscreen overlay — even over Netflix, YouTube, or whatever's on — then clears itself automatically.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Open CouchPing TV — it generates a short pairing code
2. On a phone, install CouchPing and enter that code
3. Approve the request here on the TV — one click
4. From then on, approved phones can send alerts that show up instantly
