Connect Blue allows Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi members to connect with a certified wellness coach via video chat for scheduled follow-up appointments.
To use Connect Blue, you must allow access to your camera and microphone for the duration of the chat. These will be automatically disconnected at the end of the call.
To use Connect Blue:
- Download the Connect Blue app from the Google Play Store.
- Your app home page will show your scheduled appointments. You will select your appointment to begin the video chat session.
- When you and your certified wellness coach are both connected to the video chat, a screen will appear with both participants.
- When a participant disconnects from the video chat, you will see a screen indicating your session has ended and the camera and microphone are no longer connected.
Please note, using Connect Blue may result in data charges from your carrier.
