It is enough with a maximum of 5 questions to be able to recognize what is the emotion that I am feeling and, from there, assess its relevance for that moment, deciding if I should enjoy it, accept it, let it go or manage it.
Know and identify the basic (Genetic) emotion you are feeling and the emotional states associated with it. Find resources to train and manage your emotions when they are not relevant, or useful, to the situation you are living in, thus developing your emotional intelligence and well-being.
