The Feel methodology is part of the Create Health project for the creation of healthy habits of the Facility Foundation.

The objective of Siente is to help society improve the level of well-being of people through guided meditation in Spanish, mindfulness and positive psychology.

Feel will help you start a process of personal change and you will learn to:

Reduce stress, accept life situations, be flexible before changes, share the pain of others, have confidence, improve your relationships, find your purpose, gain precision and be kind.

There are 2 subscription plans, one monthly for € 4.99 and another for € 19.99, the latter includes satisfaction guarantee
