The application has three main sections:
- Request for an appointment by means of DNIe.
- Request without document due to loss or theft of the DNIe.
- Appointment lists, where the appointments that have been requested through the app are stored.
Additionally, when confirming an appointment for a procedure, the app allows that appointment to be noted on the device's calendar. In this way, the citizen can receive the notice reminding him of his appointment.
