After many years of work and effort, in 1982, its three founding partners sold the establishment for the well-deserved retirement, starting a new tradition of partners. In 1991, its partners decided to divide the activities while maintaining the current corporate structure.

Over time, the store was gradually renovated and enlarged, in addition to expanding our area of ​​operation, opening Store 2 in the place where the Fiorini Supermarket was, an important establishment that is part of the history of the city of Serra Negra.
