Body Scan

A cycle timer that reads out your own words at set intervals, by voice.

No need to look at the screen: follow the voice to know what to do or focus on next.

Use it for body scan meditation with spoken body-part guidance, or for stretching and workout cues, work and break intervals, and more. You decide what gets read aloud.
