Simply know your:
★ BMI or Body Mass Index (calculation for everyone starting 7 years old and older), which is defined as the body weight divided by the square of the height. It provides approximate guide since the BMI doesn't take into account a persons' body build or the composition of the body weight.
★ WtHR or Waist-to-Height Ratio, which is defined as the waist circumference divided by the height. It basically measures abdominal obesity and so can be used as better indicator of health risks than Body Mass Index.
