Bit Browser

Bit Browser is a lightweight web browser for Android, rebuilt from the ground up around two things: pages that load without clutter, and data that stays on your phone.

Ad and tracker blocking, built in

The blocker is on from the first launch. It removes ad frames and known tracker requests before the page draws, and a counter shows exactly how many were stopped. Any site can be allowed with one tap.

Real tabs

Open as many as you need and switch between them in a card grid with live previews. Tabs are restored when you come back, and tabs you are not using are suspended so memory stays flat.

Incognito that keeps nothing

Incognito tabs use a separate cookie jar, write nothing to history, and are gone when you close them. They are never restored after a restart.

Built for reading

Reader mode strips a page back to its text. Find in page, desktop site, text size and pull to refresh are all one tap away.

Private by default

HTTPS-only upgrades, third-party cookies blocked, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control headers, and an option to clear everything when you exit.
