Bholato is a language learning application geared to African culture. It has levels for learning, such as basics for foreigners and tests on Tsumo’s local Shona speakers.
Bholato is trying to stop African Languages from falling into obscurity.
Bholato is a language learning platform which offers users the ability to learn and master their African language skills. In the market right now there are an incredible amount of apps which could be used to learn languages, but most of the languages available are not Africa. With over 2 languages going extinct monthly, most of these will be African because of the lack of people taking up these languages. With Bholato we will be one of the first places where both foreigners and native Africans can not only learn but become masters at speaking African languages.
