The application is designed to signal the phone when the required battery charge is reached.
To use the application, you need to open the application, set the target charge, and press the “Start” button. When the target charge is reached, the phone will play the set ringtone. To turn off the signal, you need to go into the application and click the turn off button.
The notification is triggered in the interval from 1 to 60 seconds, depending on the current processes of the smartphone.
To change the ringtone, go to the “Ringtone” window and select the appropriate one.
It works stably on API 23-32 (Android 6.0 - Android 12OL).
For stable performance on API 33-34 (Android 13-14), go to "Settings" — "Apps" — "All Apps". Find the Batty app and select it. Then, disable the "Pause app activity if unused" feature.
Next, go to "App Permissions". Ensure that notification permission is enabled and the "Pause app activity when idle" feature is disabled.
Then, go to "Other Permissions" and grant permissions for three items: desktop shortcuts, lock screen, and opening new windows. Set "Always allow" for all three items.
After these settings, the app will work stably on Android 13 and Android 14. Depending on your phone model, there may be slight differences in these settings.
I hope this app will be useful to you. Have a great day! 😊
