【Reverse: 1999 Story】

On the last day of 1999, a 'storm' poured down. People and buildings walking down the street melted away in the rain and the world entered a new past again. Everyone except you was eroded by the 'storm' and disappeared. The birth of 'Tempest' was suspected of having a relationship with the "Hand of Reconstruction" who was engrossed in finding the glory of a magician in a world where mankind and magicians coexist. ‘Bertine’ (the main character), who is not affected by the storm, is appointed as a ‘Time Keeper’ by the ‘Saint Pavlov Foundation’, a sorcerer’s organization. Bertin, along with Sonnet, her helper, rescues occult scholars from other eras and countries who sensed the signs of change from the 'storm' in the era brought about by the 'storm'. Her true identity, the truth of the storm, the purpose of the Foundation, all were blurred as if in a rain fog.
