Local 2 Player Vs Gameplay - Zombies are rubbish at grabbing brains but they sure do like to try.
The brain is bouncing back and forth and you and a friend (or otherwise) control the zombies movement left and right by clicking on the sides of the screen (it's not rocket science)
2 player only (unless you are ambidextrous) ;-)
