* Setup your Diet plan and record your progress, and see how you are doing over time

* Setup a Goal to achieve a particular weight by a certain date. Weekly target weights are automatically calculated for you to track how you are progressing

* View Graphs/Charts of your Diet or Goal to see your progress.

* Each diet or goal is stored after you have finished it so you can review previous years weights, and completed diets and goals. If you always use Weigh My Diet then you can check back to see how well previous diets worked for you,
