The WAONA App was developed by WAONA Lda, a registered Mozambican company, in collaboration with Promatics Technologies Private Limited, a registered Indian IT company. Currently, the service is only available in Mozambique.
The term "WAONA" means "did you see" in the language of the people from Mozambican Central Region.
WAONA is a video sharing platform that provides the service for people to share their vision and earn from it.
To start benefiting from WAONA Services you must first have an M-Pesa account (valid in Mozambique only). With an M-Pesa account you are able to sign up, watch videos, create your channel, publish your videos and start earning monthly cash according to the number of views you get during the month.
