Vservices streamlines the scheduling and execution of Service Orders (O.S.). The platform facilitates the work of workshops and technicians, automating the field testing process to increase the speed and accuracy of information and reduce rework.

Before you start using Vservices, make sure that:

The app is updated to the latest available version;

Bluetooth is turned on;

GPS is active;

Mobile is not in Airplane Mode;

The device has enough space for photo storage.

FUNCTIONALITIES

Checklist: fill out the checklist before and after the service is performed to make sure the vehicle is functioning.

Complete information: View all scheduled O.S. and the detailed description of each one in the application. Find out what services are required for each vehicle (installation or removal of equipment, tests, periodic check up, among others).

Autotest: Perform step-by-step tests with the help of Vservices. The application indicates the actions to be taken at each step of the verification.

Service registration: Save photos in the app to prove service completion, correctly fill in the RPM ranges and customer data.

Complete diagnosis: Point out the problems found and the treatments carried out, complete the service summary and view the complete diagnosis of the O.S.

O.S. Scheduling: Analyze service opportunities via application and facilitate the scheduling of services increasing your company's profit.
