Workout tracker and log for saving and keeping track of your progress in the weightroom. Includes popular programs such as:

• Wendlers (BBB, BtM and Beginner Routines)

• Strong Curves (BB and GG routines)

• nSuns 5/3/1 LP variants

• nSuns CAP3 and CAP2 U/L

• Programs will be added by request - email monstRapps@gmail.com if you'd like to see a specific program added.

Easily progress your lifting without worrying about the numbers. Training max progressions will be automatically calculated for you.
