Recording visitor details in logbooks makes verifications inefficient, so there has been hardly any check performed on the details. This defeats the purpose of recording the details.

This system sends visitor details to the registered occupant of the target property/house. It is in the interest of that occupant to highlight to the security personnel, if there is an unexpected stranger coming. So, this system facilities efficient visitor verifications.

Past records of a visitor can easily be retrieved by a simple search, for example, using the full or partial vehicle registration number. Therefore, the security personnel knows if this person has been going to a different house each time.

Do note that this system requires Internet access.
