Vibrator

A vibrator with user-defined vibration patterns and voice control.

Edit : This application is no longer (has never been) maintained and I am not sure how well it functions on new OS versions. Thank you for your interest.

Features :

- User-defined vibration patterns

- Voice commands for accessing vibrator functions

- Adjustable pattern frequency (i.e. vibration and silence intervals of a pattern can be scaled up/down)

No ADS. Internet connection is required only if you want to use 'Voice Commands' feature. Note that all vibrator functions can be accessed through manual operation. The benefit of 'Voice Commands' is that you don't have to move the phone away from the 'sweet spot' to access those functions.

No satisfaction guarantee! Unfortunately most hardware -if not all- do not support alteration of vibration strength. Blame the manufacturers, not the developer!

Notes about 'Voice Commands' :

Google's speech recognition service works well enough for our purpose but do not expect 100% success rate. Some of your commands will not be successfully matched. Also keep in mind that pronunciation matters a lot.

The following setting determines what language the recognition service expects :

Settings -> Voice Input & Output -> Voice Recognizer Settings -> Language

Please make sure it matches the language of the commands (either Turkish or English at this time. Please contact me if you are willing to translate the application to your language. Note that target language must be supported by the voice recognition service).

Some command names might seem odd, such as 'Begin'&'Stop' instead of 'Start'&'Stop' or 'Fast' instead of 'Faster'. The reason behind the odd choices is their superior recognizability.
