VDO Fleet

VDO Fleet supports daily work for transport companies and drivers who need reliable tachograph handling and fleet visibility. It covers data downloads, archiving, and on the go access so compliance stays under control. Drivers can manage DTCO related actions from their phone, while managers check upcoming tasks and vehicle locations. To start on mobile, install the VDO Fleet APK and sign in with your account. Some functions require compatible VDO hardware and valid cards. Mobile views help you track recent downloads and current vehicle status wherever you are.

VDO Fleet Features

Tachograph data download and archiving

VDO Fleet lets you connect a DTCO or a DLK Smart via Bluetooth, choose the data packages to fetch, then upload them from your phone to the VDO Fleet archiving solution. You can keep mass storage, speed data, and the inserted driver card organized, so your fleet remains legally compliant. Minimum supported app version is 1.3.3.

• DTCO 4.1a or higher for direct Bluetooth.
• DownloadKey Smart if using Bluetooth with the key.
• Company card inserted in the DTCO.
• Driver card inserted when driver data is downloaded.
• VDO Fleet Account for archiving and access.

Driver tools for DTCO

Drivers can manage manual entries remotely, operate the DTCO with remote control, and stay informed with VDO Counter. Actions are performed from the phone and sent to the DTCO when required.

• DTCO 4.1a or higher by VDO.
• Valid driver card inserted.

Mobile views for reminders and maps

On your phone, check when the last tachograph downloads happened and when the next ones are due. You can also view current vehicle positions to respond to delays or events. Information is available in integrated mobile views whenever needed.
