Sewa Cab is a social venture that provides secure, reliable and affordable point-to-point city cabs cheaper than any other cab service in India. Sewa Cab’s franchise model creates driver-owned companies in every city and every zone, allowing them freedom to decide their own fares and other terms while keeping the interests of passengers at heart. While this will ensure freedom of markets, the drivers will be protected against exploitation at the hands of VC-funded companies in the name of competition.

The app has almost all features that you would desire, such as sharing ride details with friends and family, invoice through email, multiple category cars, etc. For the price conscious, our fares start at Rs.5 per k.m. for Eeco category which is the lowest in the country. All our prices are surge-free. Unlike other companies, our fares are transparent and predictable.

Besides using the app, you can street-hail a Sewa Cab. The driver will feed your mobile number in the app and the fare meter will start. At the end of the trip, you will get the fare on sms. So, get a cab on the streets by Hail 'n' Go feature.

Sewa Cab is working on a project for intensive training of drivers under skill development programs of the Govt. of India. A network of NGOs is being identified to which the drivers can connect for mutual help and growth in the areas of education, health, financial literacy, etc.

It is only fair that almost all of the fare paid by the passenger must go to the cab operator/driver instead of being pocketed by the app-based aggregators. To achieve high levels of efficiency, we have come up with an ultra-low cost business model that takes as little as just 1% of the fare from the driver to cover its cost. After all, it is the relationship between you and the driver. Sewa Cab as a platform has the role of only a facilitator.
