Purushakar Parakram Dhyan Sadhna (meditation) is a simple, easy to follow, unique & universal technique of meditation. It is by the grace of His Holiness Jain Upadhyay Pravar Pujya Sri Pravin Rishiji Maharaj Saheb that this ancient form of meditation, which has been in practice for the last ten centuries, has been revived and propagated for the benefit of us all.

Meditation of Purushakaar Parakram Dhyan Sadhna with mantra & five perfect colours assists in opening our inner vision thereby facilitating internal transformation & self-purification leading to the path of divine self-realization.

Regular & daily practice of Purushakaar Parakram Dhyan Sadhna helps one in relief from stress, fear, anger, cruelty hatred & negative thoughts. It also helps in maintaining balance & harmony within ourselves and around.

This therapy though developed with inputs from philosophy of Jain religion, its usage benefits all. It doesn’t enforce religious beliefs of any kind. The unique characteristic feature of this meditation technique is that there is “no command, no demand nor any suggestion”.
