The TrackSynq Mobile application provides an easy and convenient way to monitor and control fleet operations. The application interacts with a high-performance data platform to fetch and present the data using an intuitive and easy to use user interface. It collects the location and other information using a tracking hardware device, or a mobile device. Useful features include tracking, reports, geofences, speeding, idling, and many more. This application supports localised text, and we would continue adding support for more languages over time. The most common feature supported by this application is track and trace where a fleet owner can view the fleet and locate current and historical location of the vehicles. Moreover, the platform can generate events like geofences entry and exit, low battery alert, ignition status change, speeding, and idling. Additionally, the application can behave differently depending on the type of the user. An administration will be able to view the entire fleet, whereas a driver or a vehicle owner can see vehicles assigned to him or her only. Furthermore, it is possible to visualise additional data using OBD capable devices. It is possible to capture geolocation information using a specific hardware of your choice or using a mobile application. Also, there are additional features ready for subscription like monitoring and control of the fleet expenses, driver behaviour etc.
